Hargrave Environmental Consulting, Inc. (HEC) , is a full service environmental consulting firm whose staff management has been in operation in southern California and Arizona since 1991.
HEC has an effective working background in providing environmental services for major oil companies, government agencies, engineering firms, public and privately owned businesses, and parties associated with property divestments. HEC maintains a staff of licensed and insured professional geologists, engineers, health and safety specialists, and support personnel who are experienced in providing assessment and remediation solutions, including site closures, throughout southern California and Arizona.
HEC is managed by Mr. Chuck Hargrave, who has extensive hydrogeologic and environmental experience in the Southern California and Arizona areas. Mr. Hargrave has managed over 600 environmental projects, of which many have resulted in official closure status with the pertinent local and state agencies. Mr. Hargrave maintains active memberships with numerous professional geologic and environmental associations, both in Arizona and California. Mr. Hargrave currently participates in professional workshops with staff representatives of the county Health Department and the State Water Board. These workshops are instrumental in the drafting of regulatory guidelines. |
HEC provides a broad range of environmental services. These services include underground storage tank (UST) removals/upgrades and assessments, assistance with reimbursements through the California and Arizona UST Insurance Funds, environmental site assessments, groundwater and soil remediation, regulatory compliance, and risk assessments.
HEC maintains comprehensive insurance coverage which includes $2,000,000 in general liability and $1,000,000 in professional liability.
